Please read some fantastic updates from some of our young stars!

Alexa enjoyed first GB Pathway Development Squad

“Alexa attended her first GB Pathway Development Squad at The National Training Centre on 7th and 8th April (which is what Doing it for Dan funded) she really enjoyed it and gained lots from it. As well as training hard, she made new friends and is very much looking forward to the next squad weekend in July.

We really can’t thank you enough for making it possible. Karen and Alexa.”

Katie is Smashing it!

“Just to let you know that Katie went to Kent this weekend and came back with 2 silvers (mixed doubles an doubles) and a bronze in singles.  A fab weekend and great results.  I have attached a photo, in case you wish to publish something and a video of Katie warming up.

Last weekend Katie also helped the Hampshire U16s win their playoff match against Hertfordshire and will now be going to the National County Finals, in Birmingham, in May.

On 2 May she will be hoping to help the Hants U14 team do the same thing.  Fingers crossed! Best wishes, Paul Ovenden.”
